For My Valentine

My overall experiencee was great, but I wish they would include or ask about extra links. This watch doesn;t come with at least 2 extra... I had to purchase 2 links, which is fine, but I would have done that when I placed the order. My extra links were suppose to be delivered on Feb. 24, 2024, and it says it was, but not to my address.... Now I have to find out where they are and my husband can't wear his new watch until I get them. I also purchase the tool to add the links on to the watch.. Trying to find my links.....

Bought as an anniversary gift for my husband. I had a question after ordering and customer service replied back to my email super quickly. The watch is excellent quality and my husband loves it and the look of the wood chain. He is a watch guy so I was nervous but he’s worn it almost everyday since I gave it to him. Overall I give my review a 10 out of 10 for customer service, product quality and appearance. Would definitely recommend!
