Do you offer a warranty?

Your Avant Wood watch is warrantied for 2 years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.

For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via support@avantwood.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.

Please note that all of the goods have to be shipped to Avant Wood premises by the customer, and the shipping fees are handled by the customer as well.

Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service.

Please note, your warranty does not cover:

  • Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and aging (i.e. scratched case or crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps).
  • Avant Wood watches serviced by non-certified repair staff (e.g. for battery replacement, service, or repairs).

With your return please attach a note with your order number, return address and the issue you are having should be shipped along with your watch.

We recommend mailing it back with USPS First Class and providing us with the tracking number via email or live chat so that both the customer and our staff knows when it arrives at the office and there is no confusion. Once the watch is received please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the our team to complete the service.

What if my watch breaks by accident?

If your timepiece is damaged in a manner not covered by our warranty terms, please email our support team (support@avantwood.com) and arrange an out-of-warranty repair for a reasonable fee.
