Simply Amazing!!!!

I ordered the Ebony Wood watch - Leather strap, for a very important occasion for my boyfriend. By the time I got around to ordering it the Ebony Wood was out of stock. I spoke with someone in customer service and they said they could release that style for me as a pre-sale, they were expecting them back instock within 2 weeks. It was getting closer to the time I would need the watch by and again reached out to customer service. They were so kind and helpful, they offered to switch out the watch for another and gave me a very generous allowance to pick a new watch. I respond that day with my selections and they rushed the production and shipment of the watch. The watch is absolutely beautiful, and seems very well made. The personal engraving looks great and they were able to fit everything I wanted it to say. With the engraving it just made the watch that much more special. All around amazing experience ! Thank you
