All orders are processed and shipped with in 3 - 5 business days of receiving payments. Payments usually clear instantly, but on some rare occasions it may take longer. Note that personalized and custom orders may take longer to be shipped.
We are currently offering FREE shipping to ALL our customers located in the United States. (Limited Time Only)
- Free shipping will be available for all US customer's during check out, if you opt for free shipping your order will be shipped with USPS First Class. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
- Customer's are not limited to the free shipping option and can upgrade their shipping to Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail during check out.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Upgrading your shipping method does not speed up the processing and production time stated above.

- International customers will have the option to choose free international shipping during check out. ( Shipping Method: USPS First Class International ) Orders take anywhere from 7 - 21 days to reach our international customers depending on their location after the product is shipped.
- International customer's can also upgrade their International shipping to Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail during check out.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalized products and or custom orders are exempt from being returned for refunds with out exception. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival we may repair or service the watch free of charge.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our behalf. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Once we received the item back at our office it will be examined and an exchange for the product will be sent out immediately. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept cancelations of all orders with in the first 24 hours of purchase. If customers fail to cancel there order with in the first 24 hours they are subject to a cancelation fee as well as a restocking fee. Restocking fee and cancelation fees vary depending on the product purchased.
